The Music Mayhem Live game show evolved from the original patented board game introduced in 1999. In 2001 the game was featured as NBA half-time entertainment for the Chicago Bulls. Since then the company has performed the live version of the game for colleges and companies across the USA. December 2008 is the debut of the online version of the game.

The game has undergone extensive play testing resulting in an easy-to-play format that quickly engages players.
